DEAR SUN SPOTS: In regards to the August 26 Sun Spots, I would like to recommend Healthy Homes in Farmington to do a home energy audit.

They work with Efficiency Maine. If your home is valued under $90,000 and you meet the income levels, the audit is free. Otherwise you pay $100 and they caulk and trim your doors. Nolan and Scott are great! — Vicki, Rumford

ANSWER: Thanks for the recommendation! The number is 779-7486.

DEAR SUN SPOTS: Regarding the August 30 Sun Spots on Mushroom Coffee, I also use RYZE and can recommend it. I put oat milk, honey and cinnamon in mine and I would say it tastes like instant coffee. I feel smoother throughout the day.

I used to be a huge coffee lover, then I managed to settle for just one cup, but it’s even better for me and I didn’t feel like I had to rule out coffee altogether. Now the real stuff is just more of a treat. — Al, Lisbon Falls
